Reservation for Coaching, Cancellation, and No Refunds

"Participants shall reserve services by reading and agreeing to this Agreement and the non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee indicated on the checkout page.

The full fee of the course and coaching program is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the Participant elects the payment plan option, the Participant is responsible for paying Hold The Vibe the entirety of the remaining balance. If a payment plan is offered and is chosen, the payment plan must be paid on time each month and any default in payment will result in immediate removal from the course and any entities included with the course. The Company retains the right to legally enforce Participants to pay any remaining balance on their payment plan should cancellation or non-payment occur.

No refunds will be allowed. According to the Notice provision, cancellation must be made in writing and sent via email to Hold The Vibe. Further, no partial refunds of any kind will be allowed for any reason.

You shall not at any time hereafter disparage or portray in a negative light Zuri Star, Mikey Star, or Hold The Vibe and shall not disclose to anyone any information regarding this course that is non-public, confidential, and proprietary.
